  ♠ In 2007, he was part of the youth team of "Bayern Munich" and finished runner-up in the "Bundesliga under 19". In August 2008, he made his debut as a substitute for Bayern Munich in the "Bundesliga" against "Hamburg". Joined the German national team in 2010.

  ♠ Muller scored his first international goal against Australia at the 2010 "FIFA World Cup", scoring five goals throughout the tournament, leading Germany to a 4-0 victory. Because Muller is the highest scorer of any player in the tournament, he won the "Golden Boot". In the team's opening match against Scotland on 14 June, he came on as a substitute for Jamal Musiala in the 74th minute and assisted Emre Can's fifth goal of the 5–1 win.He later featured as a substitute in the quarter-finals against Spain, which ended in a 2–1 defeat after extra time.
